The Senior Account Executive will support the retention and growth of their assigned client base.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be focused on building and growing relationships with TrueCommerce's existing clients. You will have competitive salary, including accelerators and Presidents Club for overachievement of sales goals.
This is a REMOTE OPPORTUNITY, but you are required to be UK-based
REQUIREMENTS
The Senior Account Executive will focus on:
- Meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Maintaining an acceptably high level of sales activity.
- Building and maintaining a robust sales funnel.
- Proactively contacting current clients to discuss areas of client improvement that would benefit the client.
- Conducting effective sales presentations.
- Being highly responsive to client requests via email and tasks.
- Maintaining a high level of opportunity follow-up to ensure all opportunities are updated.
- Being an advocate for the client both internally and externally.
- Ensuring client satisfaction to the best of your ability and getting ahead of issues early.
- Continually updating CRM (NetSuite) with notes and activities.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of Technical Account Management experience.
- A genuine desire to build relationships with existing clients.
- Enjoys proactively reaching out to clients to recommend new solutions.
- This individual enjoys solution selling and thrives on change.
- Strong closing and client service-related skills.
- Familiar with working in NetSuite or a similar CRM system.
- Proven ability in building client rapport.
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of EDI and SAAS solutions.
