Opportunity at RRG Toyota Altrincham – Apprentice Accounts Assistant
We have a fantastic opportunity available at RRG Toyota Altrincham for an Apprentice Accounts Assistant, to join our accounts department, working to support the Branch Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and training will be given on our DMS.
Tasks covered in the role but not limited to:
Daily Cash Banking- Daily and Monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Sales Ledger including credit control
- Posting purchase invoices and credit notes
- Supplier statements reconciliations
- Preparing and processing monthly supplier BACs run
- Company Credit Card Reconciliation
- Intercompany Transactions
- Assisting all departments with any queries
- General Office/Admin Duties
- Holiday Cover for the Accounts Department
Skills Required:
Ability to manage own workload- Excellent organisation
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week in total 0830 - 1630 Monday to Friday with an unpaid half an hour lunch break.
