Security Services SupervisorContract: BankingLocation: BuckinghamshireHours of work: 48Working Pattern: 07:00-19:00 or 190:0-07:00Irregular shift patternContract Type: PermanentSalary: £15.55As the Security Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for all security related matters within their designated building, ensuring the protection of infrastructure, safety of personnel and that all actions of the security team have a positive impact on the reputation of the firm.All security matters must be dealt with in accordance with the set policies and procedures, where applicable, and Supervisors must be able to use their initiative during incident management. Supervisors must work closely with operational management to provide a professional and efficient service to the client.ISS is a leading workplace experience and facility management company offering a wide range of tailor-made services for customers throughout the public and private sectors, enabling you to grow your talents as a representative of a people focused, market leading brand.The RoleResponsible for the physical security of the premises, in conjunction with other Supervisor on dutyEnsure the security team for their building is rostered and staffed as required by the staffing plan (in conjunction with the Scheduler).Management of the security team on shift (including: the distribution of daily rotas, daily rollcall, shift administration inc standing orders and Supervisor Noticeboard daily update, and holiday management).Undertaking either roving or SCR supervisor responsibilities as detailed in SOPs and AIsMaintain and update appraisal reviews and monthly Quality Inspection Reports.Carry out the duties of Incident Commander in the event of incidents and alarm activations ensuring the correct application of escalation procedures.Other day-to-day responsibilities as dictated by circumstances and the needs of the business and the client.Ensure adherence to the agreed SOP’s by the security staff.Work to agreed Assignment Instructions and Risk Assessments at all times.Ensure high standards at all times with a focus on maximising the output and performance of all team membersTake responsibility for the induction and training for new starters, in conjunction with the ISS Management Team.
