Overview of role
As a Host in one of our state of the art dealerships, you'll be the face of Jardine Motors Group, and often the first point of contact when a customer starts their journey with us. Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- To greet all customers on their arrival at the dealership.
- To ensure that customer areas are well-presented, in accordance with brand standards, and that point of sale literature is on show, and available to customers, at all times.
- To make sure that customer enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
- To assist with general reception duties, including covering the switchboard, when required.
- To maintain a safe working environment, and to ensure that colleagues comply with all relevant health and safety policies.
