The Role
- The larger Capital Markets and International Securities team at Norton Rose Fulbright enjoys a leading reputation driven by outstanding expertise in structuring complex financings. The team acts for corporations and financial institutions on a wide range of capital markets financing work including structured finance, debt capital markets, derivatives and securitisation.
- The securitisation sub-team deals with a broad range of asset-backed financing; asset classes covered include residential mortgages, various types of consumer contracts, commercial property, whole business securitisations, trade receivables, insurance linked securities, aircraft, shipping and utilities receivables, as well as a range of risk transfer instruments.
- You will primarily work on a combination of new issue transactions, restructurings or modifications of existing transactions for a wide range of clients including large investment banks, specialist lenders, major corporate issuers, commercial banks, alternative fund managers and insurance companies.
Requirements
- You will be a Securitisation & Structured Finance lawyer, 2 years PQE, with experience dealing with cross-border matters preferable.
- Good organisational skills.
- Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
- Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
