A national accountancy firm seek an experienced Secretary to join their team based in West End, London.
One of the UK’s top 20 Accountancy Firms are on the search to find an experienced Secretary to join their team based in West End, London. As the Secretary you will be part of a wider secretarial team of four people providing secretarial and administrative support to the Partners and Managers across their West End office.
As the Secretary, some of your key duties will include:
- Assist with diary management for the Partners
- Arrange travel and accommodation for partners and managers
- Arrange client meetings, refreshments and room set ups
- Preparing and formatting proposals and presentations
- Preparing of Letters of Engagement and client set-up forms
- Preparing bank audit letter requests both manual and on confirmation.com
- Preparing bills and expenses
- Relaying and organising client messages via e-mail and manage call backs
- Team Support and administration for tax returns process
- Reception duties which are managed on a rota
As the Secretary you will be proactive and use your own initiative, have a positive attitude, have excellent communication and organisation skills and be a strong team player. You will also need to have:
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office packages
- Experience of working within a Professional Services organisation
- A Level Educated or equivalent with a minimum Grade B in English at GCSE
- Familiar with typing and formatting reports – including tables and spreadsheets
