Job description
In advance of the upcoming retirement of our current receptionist we are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to work at our reception area.
The duties will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls
Greeting clients on arrival to the office
Booking client appointments
Administration tasks including preparation of letters and invoices
Management of document management system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
