We are looking for a proactive and committed individual to join our finance team in NDM Experimental Medicine.
This diverse post has primary responsibility for processing accounts payable invoices, liaising closely with scientists, students and suppliers. You will also assist the Senior Finance Officer in raising invoices and journals.
You will have excellent IT skills, including previous use of Microsoft Excel, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills including an excellent telephone manner. You will ideally have previous experience of manipulating and understanding data ideally in a finance setting, and will have excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail. Previous experience within a university environment, and previous experience of using Oracle would be advantageous.
You will be based in the John Radcliffe Hospital but you may be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
