Key Role:
Drive transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban. Work to drive the adoption of the Agile mentality through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile life cycle management tools, while coaching and mentoring team members. Lead multiple ARTs from end-to-end and deliver SAFe training and workshops, including leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM, and Values Stream Identification. Help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish lean agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevOps, and automation. Lead discussions with team leads and management while keeping the collective team focused and tracking commitments, pace, and quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an Agilist, leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- Experience with coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated agile transformation
- Experience with designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks
- Experience with Atlassian Suite, including JIRA, and Confluence
- Knowledge of Application Life Cycle and Agile Management tools
- Ability to lead discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders within the organization on Agile topics
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with supporting DoD Acquisition Category or Business Category programs
- Experience with supporting the Navy or DoD
- Experience in working with senior executive leaders in a fast-paced environment
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
