Applications are invited for the role of School Operations Administrator.
You will provide professional administrative support to students and academic staff, with a range of tasks related to operations management, estates, risk, compliance and health and safety provision in the School of Social Sciences.
The post holder will report directly to the School Operations Officer and will be part of a busy team ensuring the efficient running of departmental and School processes. The role requires collaboration and liaison with the School Operations Office, Head/s of Department, Operations Managers and the wider administrative support team in addition to liaising and corresponding with a wide range of external colleagues.
The role will support a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, providing support as part of a single team working flexibly across organisational boundaries.
