Software Support Analyst
(Cranswick Plc, various locations) This role is fully remote.
Summary
We are on the lookout for a skilled Dynamics NAV 2018 Support Team Member to join our Group IT team. This position is perfect for a motivated, solution-oriented professional with a strong background in Dynamics NAV 2018 and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service. The individual will report to the Head of development and will work very closely with the whole development team. The individual must be able to drive forward improvements in the delivery and communication of software testing, ownership of development requests and support tickets to satisfaction and identification of software gaps or process improvement opportunities.
Main duties include (but not limited to):
- Provide first-line support to end-users experiencing difficulties with Dynamics NAV 2018.
- Troubleshoot Dynamics NAV 2018 issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Work closely with team members to develop and implement Dynamics NAV 2018 solutions.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of user training and documentation.
Requirements, experience and person specification
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Dynamics NAV 2018.
- Extensive knowledge of Dynamics NAV 2018 functionalities and capabilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
