About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our business at a very exciting time, having announced our $54m Series B in early 2023. We have big plans to continue digitising and disrupting the insurance space, whilst continuing our advocacy for startups and scaleups.
We’re now hiring for an ambitious, experienced Commercial Insurance Broker to help onboard and manage a book of Commercial clients.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail, able to think outside of the box with the ability to go the extra mile for our clients.

What you'll get up to:
Alongside our sales team, identify, engage and onboard new Professional and Commercial clients.
Presenting opportunities to underwriters to obtain and provide leading insurance solutions for clients.
Maintain CRM systems and client files to a high standard, to assist with providing clear management information and sales forecasting.
Champion your specific knowledge and support our marketing team to create valuable content to attract potential clients
About you:
We don’t like to put people in boxes, but you’ll have:
Previous experience focussing on Commercial and Professional clients, across Professional Services, Construction, Recruitment, Architects and Engineers, Accident & Health, or other similar client types.
Demonstrable knowledge of Professional and Commercial insurance products, and mature relationships with the insurance markets and underwriters.
A meticulous attention to detail, a profound grittiness and confidence in front of clients and underwriters.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to listen to and analyse customer needs.
High levels of curiosity and a natural ‘get up and go’ attitude is vital
