About the role:
The SAP SF Learning Management Consultant will be part of the Atos NE Practice, part of the SAP HR team.
This is a hands-on role working with our customers that may involve project implementation mainly, some small AMS support tasks for our existing SAP SF and HCM customers could be in scope. Supporting the sales cycle to generate new customers and pipeline.
Daily Responsibilities:
Deliver implementation projects in the area of SF Learning Management, ability to lead design workshops
Analyse the requirements and provide the most feasible solutions
Clarify processes to end users and business partners as required
Provide support within the Atos UK and Northern Europe team and the wider Atos SAP HCM/SuccessFactors community during project engagements
Provide updates to senior SAP technical team colleague, Project Managers and Delivery Directors on assigned engagements where required
Share knowledge with other SAP HR team members
Support the creation of detailed project plans, internal/external dependencies, and achievements.
Support pre-sales and bids for the global practice and involvement in initiatives that drive practice development.
Resolve issues related to SAP SF – Learning Management and deliver a solution
Lead the time and priority for resolution of incidents and changes
Skill we can't do without with:
3+ years of hands-on configuration and system administration experience with SF and SAP HCM
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management
Functional knowledge of and experience with SAP SF Learning Management
Prior experience in implementation, upgrades, and global roll-out projects.
Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements.
Ability to support the planning/architect new project requirements.
Hard-working with the ability to work with customers and engage partners
Keep abreast of developments in area of expertise
