Position Summary
We are looking for an individual who will serve as a link between management and the employees and who will oversee the day-to-day functions of HR.
Salary Range:
$55,000 - $60,000 annually
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining complicance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Rectuiting, interviewing, and overseeing the hiring process in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Processing weekly payroll and 401k.
- Performing routing tasks that are required in order to administer and execute human resource programs such as benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, performance management, and more.
- Tracking and maintaining employee trainings.
- Managing retention intiatives including company events, recognition/milestone awards.
- Acting as a member of the Safety Committee
- Seeking continuous improvement in HR practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field required.
- Knowledge of HR systems and payroll.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding employment practices.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
