WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Marketing Programs Manager will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns to support North America's selling efforts. Working closely with sales, marketing communications and product marketing teams, the marketing programs manager will define, create, prepare, and execute campaigns to grow market awareness and generate leads for the North American sales team. Specific activities include demand generation campaigns both online and offline, trade show execution and collateral development. The successful candidate will have extensive experience tying marketing programs with sales goals and developing effective measurement processes for all campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning and implementing marketing lead generation efforts in support of specific industry, product or sales initiatives. Support target accounts selling with focused, cross-channel campaigns including tradeshows, webcasts, email, newsletters, direct and mail and e-marketing.
- Manage, monitor, and measure program effectiveness Ensuring compliance to RFPs, both corporate and government.
- Manage penetration of "named" accounts with innovative marketing ideas and programs.
- Develop marketing content and ideas that utilize the Internet and corporate web site as a tool to drive lead generation.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing activities associated with events including events budgets, 3rd party vendors, onsite logistics, material shipping, event staffing, presentation, and customer events.
- Develop and execute lead generation marketing Web casts and own all pre/post event logistics.
- Work collaboratively with marketing communications on fulfillment pieces as necessary
- Manage measurement/ROI for all marketing lead generation programs including analysis, reporting and communication for future planning through CRM system.
- Work closely with PR team to build customer case studies and media references.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, advertising, communications, marketing or related field.

- Project Management software knowledge and Excel a plus.
- Additional experience in writing corporate capability statements and acquiring/formatting resumes for proposal submission.
