About the Role
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Technical & Functional Teams and oversee the current SAP ERP6 on HANA platform.
- Collaborate with the 1LMX Digital Transformation project, the International 1LMX Architects, and Project Portfolio teams to develop and deliver the UK Sovereign ERP Product Portfolio, including the future SAP S/4 HANA Platform.
- Evaluate and prioritize the backlog and workload of the UK SAP Team.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- 5+ years of experience in full implementation SAP lifecycles; deploying, managing, and enhancing SAP systems.
- 5+ years of experience in managing specific SAP system support activity.
- Demonstrable expertise in a minimum of two of the following Functional SAP modules: FI/CO, MM, PS, PP, SD, QM, IM, PM; OR demonstrable expertise in a minimum of two of the following Technical SAP modules: BASIS, ABAP, BW, PI, SLT, HANA Data Modelling.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Experience in managing relationships with third-party software providers.
Desirable
- Knowledge of Agile Principles and Methodologies, ideally Kanban
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and ServiceNOW
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, other SAP Cloud based Technologies
