Graphics Designer
Fulltime
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Graphics Designer to support our Midlands-based office as we look to scale our business across the UK and Europe in 2023. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating artwork for all new venues and existing. That will include software based artwork, large format prints and adverts.
As a fast-expanding business, applicants to this role should have experience in graphics design.
About VendNation
VendNation is the UK’s number-one supplier of custom-built photo booths for businesses. Our portfolio spans top clubs, bars, and restaurants, as well as beauty salons, roller-skate rinks, and other premium entertainment venues. Each photo booth is designed and built bespoke for the client – at zero-up front cost. This is because we operate on a profit-share model, splitting the revenue generated by the photo booth with the host venue.
After a highly successful 2022, this year we are expanding our operations to cover more of the UK and Europe. With extremely high growth targets, we have our sights set on some of the continent’s best festivals and summer club venues – making this an extremely exciting time to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.
Graphics Designer Responsibilities:
- Coming up with creative concepts that are in line with a client’s demands
- Developing rough drafts of concepts and presenting these to clients
- Collaborating with other creatives in a design team to ensure a common vision and consistent branding
- Keeping a client up-to-date with regard to project progress and applying client recommendations
- Ensuring that a design project remains within scope, time and budget
- Keeping up-to-date with design and multimedia trends and the latest developments in software tools
- Liaising with external parties, such as printers to ensure that a project runs smoothly and a client’s expectations are met
- Presenting final design concepts, including specifications for fonts, images, colours, text and layout, to clients for their approval
Sales Administrator Requirements:
- Experience within graphics design.
- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair
- A flexible approach when working in a team
- Excellent communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
- Effective networking skills to build contacts.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,995.00-£29,995.00 per year
