Come join the revolution!As an Sandwich Artist / Commis Chef you would be working closely with the Chef Manager / Sous Chef based on site in one of our iconic venues, supporting the operations team, talented chefs and target driven sales people to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks.The Sandwich Maker is responsible for preparing sandwiches and salads for ISS FOOD & HOSPITALITY's catering customers and also generic food prep jobs.Essential Duties:Prepare sandwiches, salads, and other items for catered events.Follow recipes to make the ingredients needed for sandwiches and salads.Set up workstations with all necessary supplies.Maintain a clean workstation by wiping down counters, cabinets, and floors. Wiping down stoves and refrigerators to ensure that food is stored properly. Washing dishes, pots, and pans to ensure that the materials are sanitized. Maintaining a clean kitchen during peak hours when there are guests in the restaurant.Other duties as assigned by manager.Experience:Previous experience in a related service industry restaurant environment preferred but not required.Ability to follow instructions and learn new procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible in workload.
