The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an Area Manager, offering a salary between £27,000 - £32,000 based in Enfield, Wood Green, North Finchley area. This is a Permanent position with Blue Square supporting and working closely with our client Samsung.

The Role
As an Omnichannel Territory Manager, you will take complete ownership of the stores & contact centres based in your area. You will be responsible for being the driving force behind growing the strength of the brand, building valuable relationships across your estate, and ultimately driving incremental sales, making Samsung the brand to beat.
Working alongside with the channel teams and the In-Store Promoters within your area, you will be proactive in ensuring every sales opportunity, and return on investment in your territory, is maximized. You will provide valuable retailer and market insight to help move the business forward and contribute to our success in the industry. You will drive engagement through remote interactions and with a strong focus on digital touchpoints. With an emphasis on social engagements and content, you will ensure that all channels are connected, meaning our customers have a seamless experience across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
To develop and build strong relationships within stores through business conversations around commercial opportunities and ways to grow the brand
You will ensure you are up to date on market competitor insight and use this to succeed
Management of Samsung Promoter's within promoter campaigns
Channel 'Elite' management and effective relationship utilised
Developing store & senior management level relationships
Skill, Experience & Attributes
Background/experience of omni channel route to market – retail, online/digital, contact centre
Strong planning and organisation skills
Ability to remote management across large geographical areas
Understanding of training styles
Time management and prioritization skills
