The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Manager who will cover Watford, Brentwood, Ipswich, Enfield, and Peterborough. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary between £40,000 - £50,000 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for driving market share and selling out by leading a team of Omnichannel Territory Managers to achieve top-level results. You will build valuable relationships in channels to accelerate the brand's position and heighten commercial sales performance. Through running regular regional meetings to set the vision and regularly going out with your team, you will coach and develop them to drive current sales and propositions to ensure the brand is number one.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure effective people and performance management
Completing regular reviews with your team
Work closely with head office functions to ensure a smooth operation
Recruit and develop a high-performing team
Ensure your team are reaching their potential
Share best practices with Regional Managers
Build a consistent brand experience in stores (formulate a process structure and templates to ensure consistent and efficient execution)
Assist product teams in delivering in-store executions for key products to a high brand standard Identify issues and find solutions before problems arise
Ensure the team understand and demonstrate our client values and lead by example
Always support ongoing Company Sales initiatives and execute them to a high standard
Weekly communication and reporting on commercials and performance
Continuously monitoring mystery shop and recommendation rate for customers, always looking for ways to improve this
Effective influencing in stores with channel management/staff to enhance brand performance
Supporting and hosting VIP visits where necessary
Hosting regular regional meetings with your team to set vision and plans
Skill and Experience
Essential:
Experience in multi-site field-based management or a strong single-site performance history
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and planning skills and can easily adapt
Experience in developing teams to build strong internal succession
Evidence of performance management
Ability to influence and implement change
Previous experience in driving targets and performance
Previous retail experience
Agency client experience is advantageous
Good analytical skills and systems knowledge
Commercial acumen to spot opportunities
