We are currently looking for full time, part time and bank Home Care Worker’s to provide person centred care to service users living in their own homes in the Dalbeattie area.

As a Home Carer you will provide care and support with daily living tasks according to each individual’s care plan to enable them to live independently within their own homes assisting them to live full, happy lives staying within the comfort of their own home, this includes personal care (bathing, showering, assisting with dressing, assistance with continence), meal preparation, assisting/administering medication, assisting with mobility which may involve using equipment and social visits.

Previous experience is not essential as we provide a comprehensive induction and training programme ensuring that our Home Carer’s feel supported and confident within their role.

The day-to-day role of a Home Carer has many misconceptions and most people who are new to care never look back once they start on this career path. When you have such a positive impact on an individual and their families lives you can imagine how rewarding it is!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour
