The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Training Operations Manager based in Chertsey. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client Samsung, offering a salary between £32,500 - £37,500 per annum with a great bonus.

The Role
Working as part of the MX Omnichannel function to support the MX Training Team, you will be responsible for the management, planning, reporting and communication of all the events and operations within the training function. You will prepare, communicate and project manage specific permeate and tactical executions whilst managing and maintaining the team diaries with the support of a Training Operations Executive to ensure a full, updated overview of the team movements, highlighting, and suggesting ideas for any gaps.
You will liaise with key stakeholders within the business and external agencies to ensure the team can support events relevant and aligned to the team objectives. Working across the various functions of the team, you will support the Training Strategy & Head of Product Training Development with operational duties as and when required. You will work with the management team to ensure all operational aspects are supported in line with the business focus and objectives as well as provide compressive reporting for senior business leadership teams to report activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficient and effective planning of the training team diaries
Project management of the permeant and ad-hoc execution
Preparing operational reports weekly to update senior leadership team on activities
Directly manage the Training Operations Executive to plan the diary in an efficient, cost-effective manner based on geographical knowledge of the team and events whilst ensuring these are aligned with the team objectives
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to fulfil trainer requests
Communications to key stakeholders of activities and events at the Samsung Studio ensuring usage and maintenance is in line with the expected standards
Asset management of devices to support business function and seeding for internal teams
Understand fully the event requirements to create and communicate the relevant brief for each event, ensuring that trainers have all the information they need to deliver a first-class experience
Manage the distribution of new devices ahead of launch to our filed teams while also aligning with the asset management team to ensure effective tracking of company assets
Work alongside the Heads of to formulate & deliver multiple training strategies for product launches, maximising the effectiveness
Work within the onboarding and induction processes to ensure internal HQ up-skilling for new colleagues
Continual reviews of Warehouse stock items to minimise costs and maximise efficiency
Continual review of current processes to improve information flow and communication of training events and requirements
Skill and Experience
Essential:
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a coordinator role
Outstanding communication skills
Effective diary management
Strong understanding & experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Passion for detail & delivery
Understanding or experience of the telecoms/technology industry is essential
Strategic thinker with proven knowledge of insight & remedial actions
Ability to act autonomously and refer when necessary
Strong project management skills and experience
