At a glance
As our Sales Support Specialist, you will play an important role in assisting the company to grow sales revenue. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will use your organisation and communication skills to ensure the smooth running of the team administration functions. You will be responsible for streamlining the sales lead allocation process and ensuring it is efficient, effective and consistent.

Location: Belfast
Salary: Negotiable, depends on experience
Work Pattern: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00, Hybrid working model.
Responsibilities
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Business Development Managers
- Follow up on the campaigns run by our Marketing Team
- Manage incoming sales calls
- Track sales leads and allocate them to Business Development Managers
- Assist in the development of documents such as market research reports, tenders and presentations
- Schedule team meetings and co-ordinate travel with company PA
- Ensure HubSpot is accurate and update the system as necessary
About you
Knowledge and abilities
- Demonstrable experience in a sales support / administration role
- Knowledge of how the sales process works
- Experience in a detail driven role
- Hands-on experience with multiple Microsoft programs
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise own workload
- Experience working with a CRM, ideally HubSpot
- Experience in making informed choices, using your analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting experience, combined with a positive approach
