Your new role

Key role in the set-up, mobilisation, and delivery of key projects designed to deliver on our organisational transformation. Ensure a proactive risk-based project management approach across all deliverables relating to your assigned projects, from ideation stage through delivery and benefits realisation to deliver projects to schedule, quality and budget.

Create and maintain project plans, track and report on key milestones and align with wider Programme Plan / dependencies.

Manage and report on risks, issues, decisions and dependencies relating to your projects, actively identifying mitigating actions to resolve and opportunities to improve plans where possible.

Manage project stakeholders and create appropriate communications and engagement plans based on global and virtual teams.

Facilitate, lead, and organise meetings, prepare presentations and manage notes/actions in a timely manner.

Provide change management support to enable the adoption and embedding of proposed project goals, through understanding and engaging impacted people and user communities.

Provide support and education to Project Managers across the DS business, ensuring that PMO processes, templates and tools are understood and adopted as appropriate

You have a hands-on approach. You’re a doer and jump in where needed to support the team and the transformation

What you’ll bring to the role

You will have a proven track record of Project Management from ideation through to transition to BAU and benefits realisation.

Ideally, you will have experience of working with Start Ups who have scaled quickly and enjoy fast-paced environments where you can lead and influence global and remotely based teams.

Leadership capabilities, communication, and presentation skills, with an ability to drive action in others

Proven experience pro-actively managing multiple deadlines and resources within a challenging project environment

Flexibility to work across several time zones
