Training and Sales Co-ordinator
Hampson Training Academy is based at our Head Office in Tonbridge, Kent, we are looking for a Highly motivated and Organised Training and Sales Co-ordinator to join our expanding Training Academy team

Hampson Training Academy takes pride in listening to the needs of our students and delivering effective training. Our course portfolio is developing daily, and the successful candidate will need to keep abreast with new trends, be computer proficient, have a positive can-do attitude and have the ability to go above and beyond.
What You Will Do:
- Be a focal point within the company handling enquiries and bookings by telephone, email and Jivo chat
- Review and follow up on feedback from students, Offering exceptional after sales support to students and clients
- Proactively contact new and existing clients to promote and increase awareness of our portfolio
- Set presentations for the managing directors explaining how to meet set sale goals and any new innovative ideas regarding the execution of sales and how they can better.
- Submit reports on training activities and results
- Drive traffic into the Academy by strategically planning month, quarterly and annual objectives.
- Can work within all teams within the company.
- Attend promotional events and exhibitions.
- Ensure the Academy is always meeting and exceeding awarding body guidelines.
- Assist with sourcing the Training Academy models for in House training courses.
- Complete stock checks for the training academy and placing orders through suppliers' websites to ensure there are stocks for training courses for the week ahead.
- Perform other related duties appropriate to your post as required
Who You Will Be:
- Strong Communication skills
- Proactive attitude, time management skills
- A strong ability to use initiative but is also not afraid to ask questions
- Able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional approach
- Experience within a Sales or Customer Service Role
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- High attention to detail
This role will be in-house located in our Tonbridge office.
It will be 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday- Friday with a 30 minute break
40hrs
£25000 during probation for 3 months then performance based pay rises
