Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their growing engineering company based in Heanor. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled Sales Engineers and driving our sales efforts to new heights.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management with a strong emphasis on achieving targets.
- Background in engineering with a solid understanding of technical products and services.
- Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team towards success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 8 Sales Engineers to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge relationships with potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management within the engineering industry.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
