Rodgers of Plymouth have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in Sales within a Main Dealer environment. We are looking for individuals who are articulate, confident and adept at building and developing relationships. You will be driven to provide the best customer experience possible, using your knowledge, excellent communication skills and commitment to quality. You will also have the ability to prioritise and manage your own daily workload
The technology available within the group is truly amazing, providing our customers with the most up to date technological innovations. You will need to be able to embrace new technology and guide your customers through the latest media available within their new vehicle. You will receive full training in relation to these, as well as access to all of the new products and services offered.
The role will involve maximising all Sales opportunities utilising your knowledge of the product, understanding of the customer needs and applying the individual brands Sales Process. You will be using an array of digital media to support and promote the broad range of products and services available.
