Joining us in Accident Management as a Customer Advisor, you will be speaking with AA Business to Business Customers who have been involved in a road traffic collision and offering great customer service at a time when they may be feeling upset, anxious and worried.
You will be taking first notification of accidents and insurance related incidents and managing the repair process until the car is delivered back to the customer post repair. Professional communication is key in this role as you will be in contact with various suppliers at all levels on both a verbal and written basis.

What will I be doing?
- Proactively reduce vehicle off-road time and associated costs by managing a smooth end to end process and agreed SLA's
- Ensure customer are kept up to date throughout the repair process
- Assess the cost effectiveness and appropriate method of vehicle repair to provide best value for money for the customer.
- Evaluate and arrange most appropriate vehicle replacement option for the customer, including hire vehicles, courtesy cars, pool vehicles or credit hire
- Maintain computer database ensuring all job details are accurate and regularly updated to ensure that customer MI is correct.
- Build relationship with customers and suppliers , including drivers, fleet managers, leasing and key manufacturing contacts
What do I need?
- Previous on the phone customer service experience
- Previous experience in Insurance is desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in claims handling would be beneficial but not essential
- High level attention to detail when inputting data
