About the role:
Job Title: Identity Document Analyst

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Timings : 4 p.m. to 1 a.m. ( Late Shift )
Salary: £25000 per annum based on experience

We are looking for bright, articulate people to join our growing Identity Document team.
The role is to examine, review and analyze documents which are used to prove identity. We check thousands of documents every day to help our clients prevent fraud and ensure they are compliant with regulatory obligations. These include NHS Trusts, local authorities, law firms, recruitment businesses and HR departments.
You must be able to demonstrate sound judgement, have an excellent eye for detail and accuracy and a conscientious understanding of the importance of the checks we carry out for our clients.
Previous experience in fraud analysis would be preferable, but full document training will be provided along with the various compliance and regulatory requirements that need to be checked on our client’s behalf.
Responsibilities:
- Review identity documents submitted to TrustID via any of the products supported by TrustID and provide an assessment within a specified time period.
- Respond to customer questions or enquiries about specific identity documents, whether by email or phone.
- Make assessments on UK Right to Work eligibility based on submitted documents.
- Log and record counterfeit documents.
- Answer the telephone calls and take messages.
Required Qualifications and skills:
- Educated to Degree level, desirable
- Customer-focused, with call center or helpdesk experience, preferable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Knowledge in using computer applications
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Good attention to detail
- Experience with identity documents preferred, but training will be provided
- More flexible with working hours, if needed
