The Opportunity
Through continued evolution and growth, our Cost Management team is seeking to recruit professionally qualified Senior Quantity Surveyors / Consultants to join us in a combined and exciting environment on a variety of different MEP projects across the Data Centre, Energy, SIT, Infrastructure, Healthcare Transport, Water & Resources & more!
The Cost Management Function sits within Advisory Services portfolio as part of our Programme and Project Management Group and deliver services across a broad range sectors.
The role involves working within the cost team, both senior and junior team members, on an array of testing and rewarding projects, gaining new skills and knowledge whilst having the opportunity to work collaboratively with our design specialists. You will be accountable for managing your own work, proactively delivering project tasks in all aspects of the PQS functions
Is this role right for you?
- Ideally you will have degree (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or other related MEP engineering qualifications) or equivalent experience and must be professionally qualified / chartered (MRICS or similar).
- You will have UK based QS / Cost Management experience on MEP projects
- You are flexible and adaptable in approach to projects you will work on, have strong technical capabilities and accuracy in work & high standards
- You are a self-starter, able to plan and be responsible for project deliverables within small team, managing deadlines, supervising & checking colleagues work whilst being able to work independently when required, but also collaboratively within a team.
