Role: The role will work closely with the business and the IT teams across their three main locations as well as their warehouses. You will be experienced in dealing with multiple systems and processes, a depth of applications, with a strong technical foundation in a range of application types. You will be dynamic and adaptable with strong communication skills. Core skills 4th Line support for the business and an escalation point on 2nd and 3rd line team members. Use SQL and basic coding skills (batch script writing) to resolve fixes and improve development of system You will need Windows OS Environments, log analysis, building and using testing plans experience. Ensure delivery of SLA's and all support issues are fully understood, handled and resolved. Manage the application portfolio to maintain system up-time targets, ensure systems are upgraded, patched, and maintained in a timely fashion. Improve customer satisfaction and experience of applications and decrease the volume of issues. Liaise with security and infrastructure teams to ensure hardware solutions meet the needs of the business concerning applications. Excellent communication skills, drive, enthusiasm, and commitment Take part in Out of Hours rota (every 2 months) Able and experienced in a fun, fast paced environment with multiple and varied demands. Understanding of Data Protection and PII and confidential business data.
