Job Description
We have an exciting Temporary Sales Executive role working with a global intelligence company in the energy, chemical and fertiliser industry. This role is hybrid with 2 days in the office in London.
You will be selling training courses to a range of prospects at all levels within a multitude of businesses, both existing and new clients. Reporting to the Training Business Director you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding revenue targets whilst supporting strategic plans to grow our training course business. The successful candidate will be a proactive salesperson who will own their campaigns, identify growth opportunities and be a strong team player.
You will lead by example showing best practice sales experience; encouraging innovation, initiative and collaboration with peers.
You will be given the tools and autonomy to do your job, and we will help support you to develop your knowledge of the markets we serve and our training courses.
Key responsibilities:
- To sell training course places across a number of courses in the portfolio in order to deliver revenue targets
- Oversee and take ownership of the delegate sales process, including building and managing pipelines and reporting on all activities
- Be responsible for the acquisition of new and repeat attendees to our market-leading courses, generating revenue by utilising the company's profile and status
- Creating a network through businesses to extend your reach and build your pipeline
- Maximise cross-sales across the client base for all relevant courses
- To maintain a clean and updated prospect and customer database
- To liaise effectively with all internal departments (sponsorship, production, marketing, registrations, operations)
