GENERAL SUPPORT GRAPHICS SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION: Vantage Systems is looking for a creative individual to join our expanding in-house software development and marketing teams. This person would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. We are looking for candidates who have a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great but perform efficiently as well. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast past environment. It's an exciting time to join this team!
Candidate must be fully proficient with the skills and understanding of the following, including but not limited to: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Social Media Platforms. Prior experience working on a wide range of marketing functions including branding, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, website, content creation is required. Digital photography is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute tactical marketing initiatives across various channels web, social, e-mail, presentations, etc.
- Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.
- Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to implement across all channels to retain and attract new customer.
- Prepare digital product pitch presentations.
- Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the brand’s voice.
- Create visually appealing video campaigns on social media and e-mail campaigns, as well as analyzing their impact.
- Conduct data research to grow and maintain customer database.
- Editing and proofreading marketing content.
- Assist with copywriting and editing a variety of content across mediums that include sell sheets, blogs, social media, presentations, product packaging, and user manuals.
- Support the development of graphical user interfaces for existing and new software products.
- Collaborate with management and developer teams to execute and implement new ideas.
- Manage and maintain project deadlines and other quality artifacts.
- Support technical writing and document management.
- Support other duties as assigned.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, and graphic design is required.
- BA or BS degree in Visual Arts or related field of study.
- Provide a link to your portfolio of work on your résumé.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work at our offices a minimum of three days a week. Excellent attendance.
- 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday, additional hours and weekends as needed.
- 1+ years of experience working in an administrative support
SECURITY CLEARANCE: Must be a US Citizen and be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a National Agency Check (NAC) security badge to enter the applicable government facility.
