Job description
From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialized in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a Sales Associate in Bicester for a Premium Brand.
In our recruitment and training consultancy, we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Munich, Braga and Amsterdam.
Responsibilities as a Sales Associate:
- Provide excellent and memorable customer service, from understanding the customer's needs to making the necessary changes;
- Welcomes customers according to the values of the brand;
- Understands customer needs and proposes a relevant selection of products while encouraging cross-selling;
- Embraces a customer loyalty culture, builds strong and long-term relationships with clients;
- Introduces new customers to the brand.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
- Experience in luxury sales and familiar with sales techniques;
- Curious and willing to dedicate yourself to a new project;
- Smiling, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong interest and a good understanding of fashion, a strong familiarity with the luxury market and its trends;
- Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
