Sales Development Associate

As a Sales Development Associate, you will have the opportunity to impact the bottom line and drive revenue through generating sales opportunities in a team-focused environment. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride, all with the support of the North America Team Lead. We work with some of the world's leading brands and have ambitious targets to partner with even more; each Sales Development Associate is responsible for owning and operating their own market to ensure that we meet our targets.
What You'll Do:
- Actively source and qualify leads that match our brand profile to build a solid pipeline of new business
- Work with Demand Generation Marketing team to qualify inbound leads and set appointments for AE's to conduct live demonstrations of platform
- Collaborate with the greater Sales organization to generate new business for the company strategically
- Constantly be vigilant in building and moving the pipeline forward and exploring new potential verticals and territories for expansion
- Strategize for the attendance of nationwide trade shows and engage in-person with our brand prospects

We would LOVE to hear from you:
- 1-2 years experience working in sales, business development, fashion or technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high standard of integrity and a strong work ethic, paired with effective prioritization and organizational skills
- An appetite for learning, with the ability to receive and implement feedback
- Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce or any other CRM, a plus
What We Offer:
- Total Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this position is $60K - $65K. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held where applicable.
This position is also eligible for additional commission compensation
