At our site in Berwick Upon Tweed we have a vacancy for a Shift Production Manager, working Monday to Friday on a rotating day shift - back shift - night shift shift pattern.
What does the role involve?
Reporting to the Site Production Manager, you will be managing production teams from training, recruitment and onboarding to evaluating and creating production processes and procedures to ensure the business meets all budgets, targets and deadlines.
Who are we looking for?
You should have previous experience within a fast paced Food Production environment in a Manager/Supervisory capacity and have the ability to mentor individuals and teams you should be self-motivated and a good influencer.
You should be an excellent communicator with strong motivational skills and have the ability to demonstrate good planning and administration skills.
PC literate with intermediate Excel skills, Experience of Risk Assessing, certification in Food Hygiene & Safety and HACCP would also be advantageous.
