The Role
Due to increased client demand, we are expanding our Corporate function and are looking for a 2-4 year PQE Solicitors to join our highly regarded and growing team.
The role will be based at our Marks Tey or, newly opened, Witham office and the successful candidate will be 2-4 years qualified and specialise in Corporate.
The role will cover a broad spectrum of Corporate work, including:
Terms and Conditions- Contract advice
- Shareholder Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Asset sales and purchases
- Company sales and purchases
In addition you will provide Corporate support to our Commercial Property Team.
Our employees are encouraged to be involved in business development and marketing, so the successful candidate must be commercially aware and possess excellent relationship building and communication skills.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
The successful candidate will be 2-4 years qualified and able to demonstrate experience in handling a wide range of Corporate Law matters .
