Job location: Thorpe Wood House or World Wide House, Peterborough. Hybrid working is supported within this role.

As a Quantity surveying apprentice, you’ll gain exposure to various elements of the commercial end to end process, consisting of the controlling and managing of costs on construction projects, working with a whole range of people within the business to make sure that everyone works to quality standards and helps keep the project on track. You will liaise with the client, prepare tenders and contracts, work with subcontractors, valuing completed works, managing budgets.
As an apprentice, you’ll be supported in developing the key knowledge, skills, and behaviours to advance your experiences at work and start your career. You will study for a BSc (Hons) in Construction Quantity Surveying at Anglia Ruskin University while you work, with no tuition fees to pay. You will complete both the Construction Quantity Surveying Technician (L4) and the Construction Quantity Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship Top-up (L6) and achieve a BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree. This will be achieved through a day release programme of study delivered from ARU's new campus in Peterborough.

Qualifications Required:
- 4 x GCSE or equivalent, including Maths and English (Grade A-C/9-4) essential
- Other UCAS Tariff points A levels, BTEC or Level 3s (Grade 112 points / BBC / DMM) essential
- Other Work experience rather than UCAS points, desirable
