Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant with excellent people skills and the desire to build long lasting professional relationships, primarilly we are a construction and Industrial agency however we are open to other sectors depending on your experience.
Duties will include:
- Happy to start up a new desk (sector dependant on skillset)
- Be comfortable in a 360 recruitment role
- Be able to win new business by making effective sales calls and client visits
- Screen and place candidates
- Ultimately deliver quality to your clients and candidates.
Experience Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, desire to succeed and ambitious
- Strong commercial business acumen
- Proactive in nature
- At least 2 years in a similar role
- Driving license and own transport (desirable)
