Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence and drive sales of our premium alcohol brands across the UK and Europe. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with bars, stores, and other potential retail outlets to increase the availability and visibility of our products.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
· Identify and approach potential clients, including bars, restaurants, retailers, and distributors, to secure partnerships and increase product placement.
· Conduct sales visits and presentations to effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our alcohol brands.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring repeat business.
· Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
· Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and market insights, to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the alcohol industry or a related field.
· Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels.
· Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a passion for building successful customer relationships.
· Knowledge of the UK and European alcohol market, including key players, trends, and regulatory requirements.
· A degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Hospitality) would be beneficial but not mandatory.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the UK and Europe.
