Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 Per Annum (Qtr bonus & excellent benefits)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join our client a national, growing and successful Financial Services Business. This is a great business who are constantly winning awards for their service and products they offer to customers. You can earn quarterly bonuses of up to £1000/£1500 ontop of your basic salary!!
Ideally the suitable candidate will have experience of selling finance to customers or a strong background in a sales targeted role, with excellent customer service skills either face to face or over the phone. The company offers a fantastic induction training programme which is very effective and receives amazing reviews by all participants.
Responsibilities:
Following up on broker leads fed through to the branch by calling applicants and discussing their person loan enquiry- Making an appointment for the applicant to come into the branch to discuss their application in more detail
- Responsible for lending decisions to ensure all company KPIs are met and FCA guidelines are adhered to
- Assessing the customer’s credit profile and affordability and explaining the loan and ensure the loan is best suited to the customer’s needs, working with in policy and FCA guidelines and checking supporting documentation e.g. payslips, bank statements and other relevant information
- Responsible for cross selling of other products offered by the company where it is in the best interest of the client
- When required visit customers in their homes to discuss their needs
- Conduct arrears calls with customers whose accounts have gone into default
- Working towards set branch targets
All branch are open Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm with the occasional late nights and 1 or 2 Saturdays mornings if required.
