Dawleys are a successful outsourcing business providing e-commerce and call centre solutions for some of the UK’s top businesses and charities. We deliver solutions that support our client’s sales campaigns and marketing promotions.
After a recent internal promotion, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, positive and confident person to join our team of Sales Support Advisors in Ross-on-Wye. This is an excellent opportunity if you’re looking for a step into sales or would like a change of career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call businesses to follow up on enquiries received through various channels and win new business opportunities
- Entice lapsed customers back into using specific service/s
- Recommendation of appropriate services to existing customers
- Build relationships with customers
- After sales care communication via telephone and email
- Customer service support via telephone and email
- Updating databases
Required Skills:
- Ability to multitask, detail orientated, highly organised and enjoy a varied work pattern
- High level of resilience
- Ability to take responsibility/take ownership of your workload
- PC literate with logical reasoning skills
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous phone or sales experience an advantage but not essential
Starting salary is £22,200 per annum.
The role is subject to a 3 month probationary period.
