Each site has its own social media presence and staff are encouraged to engage with the local community through events, charity and community groups.
We are looking for a passionate and proactive individual to take on an exciting new role within the UK’s fastest-growing casual dining group. We are recruiting a Regional Community Manager to oversee the community engagement and local marketing. This varied role will involve training and motivating teams, supporting them with their activity, and reporting on community engagement in the area.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
- Sales-driving initiatives through local events, working with the operations team to identify focus sites in the region then supporting the GM’s and site teams in the creation of marketing action plans
- A passion for charity activity, driving activity at site level within the local community whilst supporting national charity campaigns
- An understanding of social media and email marketing, undertaking regular social media audits and collating locally-relevant information for inclusion in email marketing. You will also be working closely with the HQ team to ensure centrally-created content is accessible for site-level communications
- The ability to train, coach and develop site-level teams to drive results, evolving Community and Social Media training materials whilst carrying out quarterly Community and Social Media workshops
- Monthly reporting, with a focus on both the marketing metrics (social media, email) and sales-driving events in line with KPIs
Our ideal Regional Community Manager will have 2-3 years’ experience of national brand or local marketing preferably in hospitality. Be a highly organised, self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced multisite environment and passionate about doing good within local communities. You must hold a full driving licence and own a vehicle as this is a field based role visiting the Lounges in the region.
Total hours involved are 24 hours a week (3 days) at a rate of approx. £14 p/h. The role can be split across multiple days to allow for more flexibility. All we ask is that the work is undertaken within our usual Lounge trading hours and at least 2 days to be working remotely from Lounges in the region which entails areas in and around London.
