Job Description


About the Role

The traffic team manages the Creative & Strategic resource within the Marketing department which delivers creative and brand content globally. The Traffic team work closely with the Planners, Integrated Producers, Brand Management and Creative teams to ensure we get the job done on-time and on-budget.

The team itself are a passionate bunch - passionate about ASOS, our global customers and the projects we work on - We're truly supportive of each other both in and out of the office.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping the workflow running seamlessly through your traffic managed teams. Working closely with Integrated Producers and various teams to ensure projects are delivered on - time and budget.
  • Pre-empting scheduling clashes and resolving issues before they happen.
  • Managing a busy and ever-changing resource schedule on a day-to-day basis
  • Understanding who does what to allocate the right skills and time
  • Holding daily and weekly resource stand-up meetings
  • Maintaining Traffic admin documents

  • Exceptional at multitasking and thrive in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent understanding of how creative projects and creative team are resourced
  • Brilliant verbal and written communication
  • Dynamic, innovative, and lateral thinking skills
  • Confident, calm, organised and a clear thinker
  • Previous experience using Workflow is desired but not essential
  • Experience working in-house or in an agency traffic / resourcing team
  • Experience working in a team with stakeholders across multiple functions and levels of seniority
  • An enthusiastic and proactive attitude
  • You enjoy a fast paced rhythm
  • A proactive and analytical approach
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely
  • Meticulous and takes pride in attention to detail
  • Confident, personable and a team player
