MAH Executive (18-month fixed-term contract)
Are you experienced in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs and looking to work on a Global project? If so, MAH Executive could be just right for you!
You will provide Regulatory and Quality oversight of MAH to Trading Partner Organisation globally, you are someone with significant depth of experience of the type of quality standards and issues that exist on this scale. In addition, you will be representing Quality/Regulatory in an environment where confidence and influencing based on knowledge will be key to delivery of successful outcomes.
The role’s responsibilities include some of the following:
- Support the delivery of the MAH strategy within Trading Partners and to establish the future model for MAH team
- To deliver PPRs for Markets from a centralized team
- To develop and deliver the Contracting framework for the MAHs
- To define an Inspection framework to support the MAH at various regulatory inspections
- To act as the MAH representative, and determine which MAH are in scope
- To establish the framework of oversight and delegation for MAH duties

- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or similar.
- Extensive relevant experience of pharmaceutical quality assurance / regulatory and distribution / manufacturing.
- Experience of managing in a multi-national matrix organisation
- Deep level of GxP, MAH and Regulatory Framework knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Ability to deal with stakeholders across the globe: dealing with varied professional and cultural backgrounds
- Exceptional leadership skills, strong people manager and able to identify and promote talent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Able to work effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience driving change
