This is for the individual who is a sales expert and demands to be financially rewarded.

At Dale Gaucas Developments we are high performance coaches, who mentor, coach and guide Married Business Men on how to Create And Retain The ‘Have It All Lifestyle With Elite Balance’ so that they are able to access more power, profit and purpose in every area of their lives.

We do this via our online & in-person life transformational programmes and events.

We directly deal with clients on a 1-1 basis, over the phone and in-person.

We’re looking for a new Sales Executive who is ruthlessly committed to excellence, his role and his career.

Someone we can trust.

Your Role :

To work side by side with the team and support the owner-director-mentor by making outbound sales calls to the leads that have been specifically generated by our in house Marketing Team.

You will qualify and book / set up 1-1 meetings with prospective clients and the director himself.

Your role to begin with is not to ‘close’ these but to work the leads that have already been generated, and set up appointments (for each appointment set - you will receive a bonus).

You will have an important role in our company.

You will work alongside the director and his team. The support you will receive will be second to none.

This role is not your ‘off the shelf generic sales role’, you will work in a state of the art office, and work alongside a tight knit team, and you will have an integral part of that team.

You will be the driving force of our sales.

The support, training and advancement that you will receive from ourselves is like no other.

You do not have to generate any leads - this is not cold calling, these are clients who have signed up and shown a specific interest in our products already.

You will receive a minimum of 20 new leads per day.

The opportunity and financial reward is staggering.

Requirements :

Must have proficient computer skills.

Excellent communication skills and he must not be scared to speak the truth.
