We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a sales background, who has proven experience managing numbers and data. You will ensure Sales Force productivity and effectiveness are optimised to meet business objectives. Analyse the market needs and deliver valuable insights and business improvements to enhance sales strategy. You will support the Director of Customer Engagement & Partnerships in projects and/or administrative tasks as requested.

Duties & Responsibilities
Sales Implementation, Productivity & Effectiveness:
- Lead the process from a tactical standpoint for the design, approval, communication and implementation of the field force incentive scheme and bonus payments.
- Work with Customer Excellence, Finance, HR, Compliance and the Field on new proposals. Provides input to strategic direction on reward and recognition.
- Provide support in the management of the Elite Performer Scheme to recognise and reward top performers appropriately.
- Provide support in the setting of area and regional sales targets.
- Continually review the definition of activity levels including the field based allocation of target call rates.
- Review productivity metrics on a regular basis to include staff turnover.
- Support the management of sales processes by analysing current practices and identifying improvements to the overall sales strategy.
- Review internal processes for tracking and reporting on our field force resource.
- Ensure sales force structure tools are up to date and accurate.
- Raise and manage appropriate purchase orders as required.
- Enable the Human Pharma UK & Ireland sales team with the right tools to fulfill company and customer objectives.
- Introduce innovative new sales tools that help with coaching, market access, technological improvements, data access.
- Develop Field Force tools to save time and improve efficiencies
Skills Required
- Experience of working alongside field teams
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Advanced data and analysis skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory environments
- Ability to understand internal reports, monitor and interrogate trends
