Call Handler - Inbound
Monday to Friday Office Hours
Role:
- First point of contact for customers calling in
- Resolving complaints from customers
- Helping customers who are struggling
- Taking payments/setting up direct debits
- Providing a first-class customer service
- Working on the phone/computer
Skills
- Customer Service
- Experience of dealing with customers
- Complaint Handling
- Great communication skills
- Computer Literate
