As a team member you’ll make our customers fish and chip dreams come true, have fun and be recognised for the hero you are. Team Members are responsible at all times for the staff they are working with by ensuring each other’s safety by following the company’s health and safety procedures as laid out in their staff induction. They are mainly responsible for serving customers, maintaining standards of food quality, store cleanliness and front counter organization. Team Members are the main face for the Company therefore must always maintain a high level of quality, service and cleanliness, taking care to ensure total customer satisfaction.
