What we are looking for
As a part of the Growth team, you will be a key player in driving the revenue growth for the company. You will be the chief advisor to our target clients and a key partner of the Revenue team, and the primary role is to support sales efforts with extensive product knowledge, answering questions and demonstrating product capabilities as needed. You will act as a partner and an advocate within Zinier, collaborating closely with the Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations to gather insights from the industry and business through analyzing data, identifying trends, and looking around the corner to develop innovative solutions that solve clients needs and drive Zinier growth.
Solution Consultants are responsible for leading workshop and discovery engagements with customers and prospects, understanding the business process and key business metrics and translating this into customer facing presentations to support the sales effort.
Your efforts will help on four fronts: (i) Reducing the Sales cycle; (ii) Reducing Customer Acquisition Cost payback; (iii) Increasing Customer Lifetime Value, and (iv) Quarterly Bookings Growth.
What the role offers
- Be the business partner to Sales leadership in your region. Drive revenue growth efforts by tracking every deal and opportunity. Owns the customer experience and enablement from initial sales meetings to transition to the implementation team post deal signing.
- Use in-depth product knowledge to develop and run product workshops and demonstrations. Be comfortable holding conversations with IT personnel.
- Gather insights from the business through analysing data, identifying trends, and looking around the corner to develop innovative solutions for sales
- Be an advocate of consultative selling. Host workshops and discovery sessions to help customers define their business case and ideal engagement approach with Zinier.
- Establish a proactive communication plan with the clients and partners.
- Collaborate with Marketing to define our internal and external content generation approach to help sell more effectively.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to conceptualise new solutions that will help penetrate markets/ regions; drive go-to-market launch for these solutions.
- Liaise with Revenue Enablement to define the training requirements for your region and implement them in the field.
- Liaise with Revenue Ops to develop key metrics and define performance indicators to measure the overall impact and drive continuous improvement of the business.
- Acquire a deep understanding of the field services domain; be an expert on Zinier's Products and Technology
- Be a data junkie who can interpret, manipulate, and explain data.

- Builds on Sales' business case and Identifies key KPIs for the client's business and overall project
- Showcase the Zinier product in client meetings with demos, product walkthroughs, etc.
- Provide detailed feedback to our Product and Engineering teams on client requirements for roadmap planning and prioritization.
What you'll bring to the role
- 7+ years of professional experience, with preference for 5+ years of pre-sales experience in SaaS
- Management consulting experience from top tier firms strongly preferred; SaaS growth experience nice to have
- Excellent solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product development
- Analytical and able to interpret, manipulate and explain data trends
- Strategic, big picture, out-of-the-box thinking
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
- Experience gathering data and delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to multitask, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Experience with client services, project management, and solution delivery in an Agile environment
- Good technical knowledge of different enterprise applications, integration, workflows, databases, user experiences
- Strong self-organisation, time management and prioritisation skills
- A high level of attention to detail, excellent follow through, and high reliability
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Excellent Business English communication skills and fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
- Bright, relentless, good, and bold; loves to work with people; can travel.
